In a shamelessly depraved new low, the heavily compromised, pedo-protecting fear factory that calls itself the BBC, boasted a “win” when triggering the removal of a Vaccine Injured Support Group with over a quarter of a million members from Facebook. Around the same time across the pond, the FDA advertised a new mRNA booster as an “antibody update” to “recharge your immunity” as if your immune system was some kind of battery that needs recharging, and your immunity a software system that requires gene therapy “updates.” Fast forward less than two calendar years and IoBNT – Internet of BioNano Things projects are popping up everywhere, singing the praises of smart computing INSIDE the human body. Only in hindsight can we now begin to discern the complex landscape of information warfare – layers of managed narrative, shock, awe, attention misdirection, groupthink, and media celebrity culture.
Make no mistake; the war for your consciousness has dramatically escalated. We are living through a time of profound social reckoning. Much of the work that needs to be done is internal to each of us, and it is ever more challenging to do this work in environments besieged by frequencies and engineered nanoparticles. More satellites are going up and more 5G small cell installations line the streets where generations-old trees once stood – even as our connectivity worsens. Brain fog is very real, as is pervasive, low-level anxiety. We are in a struggle for awareness, natural life, and consciousness itself. Right when we most need stability, many of our cultural anchors are turning out to be shallow-rooted myths, dangerously eroded by decades of psychological and economic warfare. We are adrift in the swirling debris of what we thought the world was, doing our collective best to figure out what comes next.
This technocrat doublespeak has no bearing whatsoever on real-world biology or physiology and proves the FDA is way past corrupted – it is rotten to the core with transhumanist parasites and must be dismantled immediately for the health and safety of all of humanity. You know you’re coming to the end of this very bad movie when Biden’s National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative executive order directs all agencies to actively promote transhumanism. The feculent FDA has wasted no time. Future genetic modification drugs will bypass testing to go directly to public consumption. This current campaign to “recharge your immunity” is grooming the public to ignore rampant adverse events. We write this while watching the views on this video dial down from just over a thousand to 139 like a casino slot machine right before our eyes. We have to wonder why the YouTube algorithm was so generous! Algorithm changes enacted in 2019 have apparently reduced consumption of borderline content by 70%. (YouTube defines borderline content as content that doesn’t quite violate community guidelines but is harmful or misleading… according to YouTube). During these end times, robust discernment is essential. Nothing is as it seems. Everything you see is designed to confuse you, and no matter how evil and nefarious you think the greedy parasites are – they are much worse than that.
Founder of the Temple of Set, child rapist, torturer and murderer, Lt. Colonel, Michael Aquino was the head of Psychological Operations in the US Army. Throughout much of the 1980s, Aquino was at the centre of controversy involving the Pentagon’s acquiescence to outright Satanic practices inside the military services. Aquino was the prime suspect in a series of scandals involving decades-long sexual abuse and MK Ultra torture of hundreds of children, including the children of military personnel serving at the Presidio US Army station in the San Francisco Bay Area. Even as Aquino was being investigated by Army Criminal Investigation Division officers, he retained the highest-level security clearances. In his book, PsyOps to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory he writes, “For the mind to believe in its own decisions, it must feel that it made those decisions without coercion. Coercive measures used by the operative, consequently, must not be detectable by ordinary means. There is no need to resort to mind-weakening drugs such as those explored by the CIA … there are some purely natural conditions under which minds may become more or less receptive to ideas, and MindWar should take full advantage of such phenomena as atmospheric electromagnetic activity, air ionisation, and extremely low-frequency waves.”
“The narrative illusion introduces a “mind virus”, which is a syntactical contagion that spreads through communicative vectors and colonises the cognitive biases of the targeted individual’s psychology, thus transforming the mental processes of that target.”
― James Scott
Toxic But "Effective"
Increasingly, more people are starting to cast a wary eye in the direction of Silicon Valley, concerned about the power its billionaires wield over public education, health and society generally. While heavily compromised Gates, Zuckerberg, Hastings, and Bezos have unfortunately grabbed much of the spotlight, there is another tech influencer with long tentacles that is less well known. The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation offers grants in the area of “effective philanthropy” as they relate to the creation of an economic and policy infrastructure intended to advance social impact investment interests in the United States.
Established in 1966, the foundation is headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Funds originated from Hewlett Packard co-founder Bill Hewlett. The foundation is one of the largest philanthropies in the United States, dispersing over $400 million in grants each year. Giving areas include: education, environment, cyber, performing arts, global development, strengthening democracy and ‘effective philanthropy’. The firm, which went public in 1957, is a symbol of the region. HP has long been a leader in hardware and software sales. In 2015 their printer and personal computing business split off from their enterprise business creating two separate firms, Hewlett Packard (HP) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
“It’s ridiculous to talk about freedom in a society dominated by huge corporations. What kind of freedom is there inside a corporation? They’re totalitarian institutions – you take orders from above and maybe give them to people below you. There’s about as much freedom as under Stalinism.”
― Noam Chomsky
Fitting the Puzzle Pieces
Before diving into why they needed to re-engineer philanthropy, it’s important to understand the economic driver behind these so-called philanthropic gifts. Huge markets are anticipated to open up in data-driven government contracting around both social service delivery and climate change management tied to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Before that can happen, governments need to be convinced, non-profits must be trained, and the infrastructure to gather and assess “impact” needs to be put in place. High-level executives and policymakers have been working on this for over fifteen years through New Profit’s “A Gathering of Leaders” and “America Forward” as well as Results for America. Both New Profit and Results for America have received hefty financial support from HP.
An emphasis on data-driven philanthropy serves HP’s corporate interests in a myriad of ways. HP and HPE can sell more devices and software. Of course, they can sell enterprise solutions including predictive analytics like the “Voice of the Citizen” social media sentiment monitoring platform. HPE is also making inroads in the Smart City market with its Universal IoT Platform. Venture philanthropy requires IoT and geo-location systems to assess “anytime-anywhere” learning and capture impact data. They recently teamed up with Yet Analytics out of Baltimore on EIDCC, an “experience graph of human capital analytics” that uses AI to project returns on national investments in educational technologies (white paper here). Yet Analytics relies heavily on xAPI (developed by Problem Solutions under contract to the US Defense Department’s Advanced Distributed Learning initiative) to track “learning” that happens “anywhere” through mobile devices. Another division of HPE is Enterprise Blockchain Solutions, a crucial element needed to bring global impact investing to scale.
“The corporations that profit from permanent war need us to be afraid. Fear stops us from objecting to government spending on a bloated military. Fear means we will not ask unpleasant questions of those in power. Fear permits the government to operate in secret. Fear means we are willing to give up our rights and liberties for promises of security. The imposition of fear ensures that the corporations that wrecked the country cannot be challenged. Fear keeps us penned in like livestock.”
― Chris Hedges
Philanthropy Shopping Spree
Remaking the nonprofit sector to serve the needs of global finance capital is a complex undertaking, exactly the type of project for which the foundation of an influential technology company is particularly well suited. The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation distributed targeted grants of varying sizes to policy organisations, special interest groups, higher education institutions, think tanks, venture capital firms, and PR outlets. Often these grants were for general operating support which is notoriously hard to secure. Many grantees work within the United States, but a number also have an international reach.
In a world of rising poverty, venture capitalists hope social impact investing and data-driven non-profit and public service management will keep their concentrated capital in motion. Hewlett Packard joined Blue Meridian Partners with a $10 million investment in 2016. The fund aims to aggregate a billion dollars to scale “high-performance” non-profit interventions in child welfare services. The fund is managed under the umbrella of the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation (Avon money), and the chair of the initiative is Stanley Druckenmiller who spent a decade overseeing uber parasite’s, Soros Fund Management LLC before moving on to start Duquesne Capital whose primary investments are in oil and energy. Druckenmiller is a close friend of Paul Tudor Jones (Robin Hood Foundation), and he has long served on the board of the Harlem Children’s Zone.
“Big Brother in the form of an increasingly powerful government and in an increasingly powerful private sector will pile the records high with reasons why privacy should give way to national security, to law and order and the like.”
― William O. Douglas
Impact Investing and Poverty Surveillance
We are living through desperate times: populations are dislocated by climate catastrophes and dispossessed by state violence. Many are attempting, unsuccessfully, to navigate economic systems grounded in low-wage, disposable labour and insurmountable debt. The cost of living is skyrocketing, stable housing is harder to find, and no matter where you live, food insecurity is real. Addiction is rampant with limited treatment options, and affordable healthcare is increasingly beyond reach. Meanwhile, education is being privatised as children are plugged into devices and told to cultivate a “growth mindset.” Digital tracking of mental health and social-emotional competencies is now being normalised. It’s as if the Davos – Fourth Industrial Revolution – crowd knows things are about to get much, much worse because they are rapidly locking systems into place to track and manage citizens everywhere before they become ungovernable.
As the buying power of the working-class withers, capital must find new ways to circulate. Increasingly it will flow into investment markets created by outcomes-based service contracting. Such a model will fuel growth in public-private partnerships and enrich consulting firms, like Ridge Lane LP, angling to broker agreements. Seed funding to jumpstart this particular transition was part of US Federal Budget, the Social Impact Partnerships Pay for Success Act. Against this kind of backdrop, we must critically examine the toxic network of arrangements that have been made between non-profit health and human service organisations (including public education systems), predatory venture philanthropy, and companies that have developed technologies to turn citizens into “impact” commodities that can be tokenised and traded like toxic bundled mortgages in derivatives markets.
“Corporations are like protean bacteria; you hit them with accountability and they mutate and change their names.”
― Doug Anderson
Poverty Mining Rebranded
Branding poverty-mining as “What Works” Government makes it easier for FinTech to convince elected officials that wringing profit from the misery of society’s most vulnerable is something that could actually be made palatable enough to sell to the unsuspecting masses. Whether living in abandoned warehouses or tents in Kensington, in rural Indian villages, or refugee encampments, those needing access to services will have their lives increasingly subject to digital surveillance. Big Data, predictive analytics, and “smart” Internet of Things sensors rooted in Silicon Valley’s tech systems of control, feed social service data dashboards. The “evidence” often emanating from oligarch Jeff Bezos’s omnipresent Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We must be mindful of the ties between AWS and the state surveillance apparatus. Last year AWS finished a new “secret region” to hold data for the US Intelligence Community (part of a $600 million contract signed in 2013). They also host data for Palantir, Peter Thiel’s engine for ICE deportations and the predictive policing of poor communities. Recent deployment of AWS Rekognition software caused waves of protest among the company’s own employees. Amazon stood firm asserting that it supports police and military use of its facial recognition technology.
“The so-called ‘political process’ is a fraud: Our elected officials, like our bureaucratic functionaries, like even our judges, are largely the indentured servants of the commercial interests.”
― Edward Abbey
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
AWS partner, San Francisco-based Salesforce, awarded Australian firm, SocialSuite, capital funds to refine outcomes measurement software they had developed in conjunction with the IXO Foundation. IXO and TrustLab piloted blockchain impact investing tokenised pre-k services in Cape Town, South Africa in 2017. Remember Bezos pledged to create more pre-k opportunities through his new $2 billion Day One Fund? It was a match made in crypto-heaven. Salesforce also recently teamed up with the Lumina Education Foundation and the Robinhood Foundation on a $15 million venture philanthropy program to underwrite for-profit education and workforce training, which is another impact investment sector. The Robinhood Foundation, established by billionaire Paul Tudor Jones, was among the first to require detailed benchmarking of all its grantees.
The US federal budget includes generous tax breaks for businesses, including charter schools and for-profit education, that are started in designated “Investing in Opportunity Zones” in low income communities across the nation. It seems highly likely the Salesforce/Lumina/Robinhood alliance will be taking advantage of this windfall. So now we have:
1) Adoption of dashboards to evaluate education and social services;
2) Software intended to analyse and measure “impact” for investment evaluation;
3) Digital identity systems for those receiving services;
4) Much of this data is managed by one of the most powerful companies in the world, one that maintains close ties with policing and intelligence interests; and
5) Tax policies that fuel dehumanisation while enriching elite investors.

Will You Answer the Call?
As the Conscious Leader of your own life and citizen of Earth, it is time to take an unflinching look at the grave harm an industrialised “social sector” will inflict in this new age of automated decision-making and sophisticated social and financial risk scoring. Is this the kind of society you want for your children or grandchildren? Ronald Cohen and his fellow parasites have designs to consolidate the sector and scale “innovative” solutions to benefit greedy FinTech while throwing humanity under the bus. We, humanity, must recognise the seriousness of this threat and actively create and grow systems of mutual aid grounded in responsive cultural practice and community. If we start now, we can develop these in parallel to the beast system and the beast will quickly become obsolete. We need to support grassroots solutions centered on the personal agency and leadership of oppressed and impoverished people. We must also envision alternative ways to accomplish this mammoth task outside the constraints of online crowdfunding platforms, a foundational element of digital economic technocracy… the parasites cannot be trusted, so we are taking their power and their toys away from them.
We, humanity, have a tendency to embrace the idea of effortlessness. We crave and long for ease. Yet, research shows that we need to be challenged, to struggle a bit, in order to stay happy and to evolve. Struggle actually cultivates intelligence and wisdom. Not forging forward leads to a life of compromise, too much Netflix and too many Cheetos. Before you know it, you are geofenced into “sustainable” confinement and your Cheetos are made of crickets! You are much more muchier than that! Nothing is meant to exist beyond the reach and vision of the machine. If there was ever anything worth making an effort for, this is it. We, humanity, do not accept full spectrum dominance of all activities, relationships, and financial transactions. We are not available for that.
“You push the TRUTH off a cliff, but it will always fly. You can submerge the TRUTH under water, but it will not drown. You can place the TRUTH in the fire, but it will survive. You can bury the TRUTH beneath the ground, but it will arise. TRUTH always prevails!”
― Amaka Imani Nkosazana
Discernment and Disillusionment
As mediated confusion intensifies the world over, political and sexual charades are used to purposely confound, demoralise, and separate humanity into opposing factions. The seemingly endless tidal wave of propaganda and barrage of double-speak, scripted to program human consciousness, will continue to offer a version of reality full of forebodings of fear, hopelessness, doom, and despair. Even though the political management of our planet appears to be racing out of control; from a higher perspective, the flamboyant scourge of lies and deceit stimulates our growing awareness to awaken to our true spiritual identity, while we occupy a human form during these times of tumultuous transformation. As spiritual common sense prevails, an agenda of fear-based entrainment has no hold on an awakened mind. Conscious awareness is the key to unraveling the mysteries of the multiverse. And like hobbits discovering their strengths on the journey through Middle Earth, you will also discover how strong you really are.
As people everywhere become much more sensitive and aware, many are choosing to accept the ever-growing mass realisation that thought creates reality as the bedrock foundation for the transformation of consciousness. Conscious thought is a powerful force; it ripples into realities beyond your perceptual awareness, affecting both physical matter and other layers of life. It is incumbent on you to rise above the ever-pervasive tyranny of fear by applying the power of your conscious mind to create your reality. This is imperitive. The struggle with “struggle” is rooted in materialistic thinking. Somewhere along the way, someone decided to craft a “formula” for success. We are taught that if we follow certain key steps we will be guaranteed “effortlessness and ease”. Bullshit marketing “success strategies” and “self-help” programs sell us a bill of goods that basically says, “If you do what I do, you’ll never have any problems again for the rest of your life…”
That is an outright lie.
“You learn something valuable from all of the significant events and people, but you never touch your true potential until you challenge yourself to go beyond imposed limitations.”
― Roy T. Bennett
Stay Stagnent or Accept The Challenge
Here’s the deal: As a human being attending planet Earth School, you MUST face challenges to grow. You need to have your old stories and narratives disrupted in order to expand into a new and bigger story. Think about it. What if you mastered the “success formula” at the age of 30 and just kept shuffling along in your easy life from that moment forward? How bored would you be? Disruptive events spit you out into a void where you can no longer return to who you were before. They force you to challenge yourself to grow into something bigger and better. Disruption is so essential that it’s built into our cosmic life cycles. These cycles are crucial maturing points in everyone’s life that help us to deepen our wisdom. Ultimately, they help us to become Conscious Leaders so we can guide the world with our maturity.
If you bump up against challenges and refuse to grow, try to avoid them like the plague, or fight to go back to the way things were, you will get stuck in the void for the rest of your life. That is precisely why so many people are hiding out with their heads buried in the sand, numb and blind to the events happening all around them. Life will keep sending you the same lesson in a different form until you choose to learn it, but you do have free will and all choice is with you. You can choose to spend endless hours on electronic devices, scrolling through pages of mindless distractions, and watching short one-minute videos with repetitive music and themes. The consequence of that choice allows the parasites to erode the number of choices you are free to make once you awaken from your distraction.
“I think it only makes sense to seek out and identify structures of authority, hierarchy, and domination in every aspect of life, and to challenge them; unless a justification for them can be given, they are illegitimate, and should be dismantled, to increase the scope of human freedom.”
― Noam Chomsky
Rise Like a Phoenix
Life will keep sending you the same lesson in a different form until you learn it and level up. Your true power lies in your ability to push through the challenge. The things that are truly meaningful are worth the effort of the push. However, you cannot push through challenge if you don’t have a vision to move toward and the faith to make it through. Faith isn’t just something you are handed. Faith is a muscle that you must cultivate and grow. The first step in cultivating faith is to take stock of where you are now. Here’s the thing: You have literally survived every challenge in your life thus far, otherwise you wouldn’t be here. What was it that carried you through? What serendipitous events transpired to bring you to where you are today? The answer to that question is the seed that will sprout the spark of faith within you. No matter how “right” you do it, there are no guarantees. The only guarantee is that it will never change or get better if you don’t try. In fact, if you don’t try, it will most certainly get worse.
There are massive changes occurring on a global scale, creating an opening, a crack in the magnetic field for quantum consciousness to awaken and enlighten. Nothing can stop what is coming, and there really is a lot of good on its way. When the train of opportunity arrives, which platform will you be standing on? This global shift is initiating a new renaissance as we ascend out of the fallen dark ages and elevate into a New Earth. Together we rise!
“The strong-minded rise to the challenge of their goals and dreams.
The weak-minded become haters.”
― Steve Maraboli
