The process of growth always involves change and transformation. This usually happens as a result of a disruption of some kind which forces us to redefine our identity and supports us in crafting a new, more expansive narrative. The Wisdom of Nature shows us that, for a seed to grow it must be dropped into dirt, covered in darkness, and struggle to reach the light. For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone: the shell cracks open, the insides come out and everything unravels and changes. Similarly, our world is undergoing a massive transformation on a scale never before witnessed, and the future of life itself hangs in the balance.
We are nature and nature is us. Pure and simple. It is only a distortion in our perception, impelled by our state of consciousness, that lures us into falsely believing we are separate from each other and from all of life on Earth. The cold reality today is that the dominant worldview pervading our businesses, institutions, and societies is fundamentally flawed – corrupted by the illusion of separation. This outdated, erroneous logic sets us apart from nature and from each other. It is deeply divisive and woefully inadequate, yet seldom questioned. Entrepreneur, Paul Hawken, explained it well when he said, “Our planet and youth are telling us the same story. Vital connections have been severed between human beings and nature; within nature itself; and between people, religions, governments, and commerce. This disconnection is the origin of the climate crisis, it is the very root.” Systems scientist Gregory Bateson, also noted, “The source of all our problems today stems from the gap between the way nature works and how we think.”
Our worldview affects how we perceive life and our sense of place and purpose within it. Without a new understanding of reality and the shift in consciousness this demands, we careen out of control on a collision course with system-wide collapse. Conscious Leaders know the time has come for radical action to deal with the root problem – our flawed view of reality. We must acknowledge we are living through the very moment that a centuries-old worldview is dying, while another is struggling to be born. This evolutionary breakdown-to-breakthrough ushers in a wholesale reconfiguration of commercial life, a brand new world of work, and the reinvention of the organisation as we know it. The old worldview of Mechanistic Materialism with its machine logic was always set to fail because it is anti-life and based on scarcity and greed. Out of the ashes rises a new worldview of Quantum Complexity, in harmony and balanced by the Wisdom of Nature with its living-systems logic. As Conscious Leaders, it is our responsibility to use our innate intelligence and be thinkers willing to put our minds and bodies on the line against the machine of tech-no-logic now epitomised by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Transactional changes are no longer enough. We are called to act now or face a future of digital chattel slavery, our freedoms stolen by automation, artificial intelligence, ubiquitous surveillance, and synthetic biology in a Moderna-style “software of life.” It’s not enough to think of one country, one species, or the responsibility of one leader, organisation, or sector to create change on the scale our planet requires. This is a collective transformation affecting everyone, everywhere. Darth Schwab of the World Economic Forum along with Gates and Bloomberg would disconnect humans from Nature and plug us into an Internet of Bodies under their control. They would render our children digitally, feed us into markets, trade us as data commodities, and harness our spirits to hasten the Singularity. Once our jobs are given to robots and algorithms we will be expected to embrace transhumanism to fuel their anti-life Matrix. You are here at this time to experience and contribute to a system-wide deconstruction and reconstruction. This must happen on all levels and in all facets of our behaviour, mindset, and operations.
It is those who have suffered the most who are leading the way in throwing up roadblocks to the implementation of the global prison planet. The farmers’ uprisings throughout India and the Netherlands are a testament to that. They are on the front lines standing against the rollout of WEF planned reset of the food system. One that would use bioengineering and abominations like 3-D printed “food” aligned to our genomics on blockchain to optimise us, dehumanise us, to their industrially engineered society. Social impact investing, pay for success finance, and development impact bonds are aligned to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. Fourteen of the seventeen relate to vaccination, a central feature of the cybernetic program. Biometric passports will set up digital identities to aggregate the data that will justify returns in human capital bond markets. “Smart” environments with sensors as small as dust will transmit information about our activities from the cellular level to our social relations in real-time. This horrendous revelation and proceeding upheaval has presented all of us with a chance to grow. Like a phoenix, a new leadership paradigm has risen to catalyse the movement against tyranny, firmly grounded in justice. Conscious Leaders everywhere are stepping up to fight digital slavery and dispossession. We choose the power of love over fear to elevate humanity. Aligned with the Wisdom of Nature, we are advancing powerful strategies of resistance toward a more life-affirming, authentic future.

In the decade leading up to the Covid reset, financiers designed markets in measurable behaviour change. Silicon Valley refined the technology to predict, nudge and track it. Universities provided equations that will underpin this sick and twisted gambling program. The United Way then set up a campaign for it – ALICE Assets Limited Income Constrained, Employed. Human capital futures markets were designed to be fueled by misery, poverty and trauma, all of which are in abundant supply since ludicrous lockdowns, mandate madness, Nitrogen nonsense and the soaring costs of living. Here’s the thing: Vaccine passports were always meant to hold more than just health data. Eventually, much more information is to be layered in, catalysing the nightmare – commodities futures trading in life outcomes.
Two-thousand of the world’s largest asset holders (members of the Impact Management Project) are presently waiting with bated breath to run their capital through our bodies. Davos desperately needs widespread adoption of vaccine mandates. Without them, Darth Schwab’s vision for stakeholder capitalism and a financialised “green” totalitarian digital hell cannot proceed. They need real-time data, and they need it to be interoperable. It is the health passports that make this all possible. Greedy behemoths such as IBM, Google, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs are among those who will be upset if we stop this program, which is exactly why we must! Conscious Leaders everywhere are rising up against this patently anti-life agenda without the fanfare of a big protest event. We are demonstrating a new leadership paradigm anchored in pure love, right relationship, living-systems logic, and empowerment through like minds and like hearts, determined to guard our children’s right to a future that is worth living.

Global capital interests, through the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, are marching on, perpetrating the “Great Reset” against humanity and nature right before our eyes. We, humanity, are up against the most powerful hoarders of wealth on the planet. Their avarice and access to elected officials knows no bounds. The rich do not have borders. Companies do not have borders. Borders are only for managed populations of human livestock. To the Davos crowd, we are nothing more than chattel to be tagged and managed by satellites from space. Until we recognise that we are part of a diverse, complex web of relationships with all of humanity, in fact with ALL BEINGS EVERYWHERE, we will not prevail in our quest to overcome the World Economic Forum’s techno-fascist program. We are in the midst of an epic struggle. Will natural life prevail against the billionaires’ plans to push us into the machine, into virtual reality where they will digitally nudge us and bet on our compliance? We don’t have vast numbers of resistors right now. What we do have is the co-creative power of consciousness. Therefore, it is vital that we be very intentional about advancing our cause from the heart with the head engaged.
To the parasite class, people are not exceptional; we are expendable. That is what the Fourth Industrial Revolution is in the process of ushering in. The human rights we thought we had are about to be superseded by a digital wallet of “rights” and “privileges” governed by blockchain smart contracts. In this way, everyone will be a data commodity – a digital brand. Those in power will seek to play us off against one another, and sadly it seems to be working well for them so far. The Fourth Sector, public-private partnerships, corporate fascist state, is on the ascent. The deep state steeped in the occulted freemasonry originating before the last reset, has brought proverbial chickens home to roost. We must attain clarity about our past, about what really happened, in order to advocate for a future where the lives of ALL humans are cherished as sovereign, natural beings, not debt instruments. We cannot go forward until we look back. We must look back with intention to set things right and start down the path towards collective healing.

Our current approach to business and collaboration is outmoded. To transform our world, we must transform the way we lead. We, humanity, collectively share the power and responsibility for a more just, inclusive, and regenerative future. Leaders who hope to inspire that future must develop the ability to embrace relationships — to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural world — as our most impactful, influential tool. As a collective, we have power in numbers. We have the capacity to create vibrant communities, build thriving economies, and regenerate our natural resources when we commit to working together from the heart in line with natural law .
We must mend our relationships to the Earth and to one another while honouring the practices of Indigenous people. It is time to come to terms with the mythology of our world and tend to these deep wounds in order that we may ALL become free. Let us awaken from this distorted dream imposed by a criminal elite and begin to walk the difficult but necessary path toward healing, joy, and abundance for all. Conscious Leaders everywhere are standing firm in the knowledge that we can and must unite against the machine of Tech-No-Logic. It is only when we get too caught up in our own egos (egotism) that we forget who we truly are. We start to believe that we are separate from nature. This creates a devastating delusion that cripples our humanity and starves our souls. It’s this sense of separateness that causes us to act in ways that are out of integrity with life on this beautiful planet. A vital step on the journey toward becoming regenerative is in being able to recognise that we are not separate psyches bouncing around in a world of separateness, but rather we have egos to aid our self-agency and self-reflexivity so that we can learn and evolve, in order to work with the deeper rhythms innate within the Wisdom of Nature.

The incredible body of work by David Wilcock, spanning three decades, details the impending shift within our solar system. This shift will give us all the opportunity to make a quantum leap in consciousness. Our solar system is moving into an area of space where the vibrations are much higher. This means we will have to raise our vibration in order to exist on our planet. These vibrations can only be raised by people’s thinking. It is quality thought that will lift the people of Earth out of the darkness they have lived in for so long.
The changes in our planet are evident by watching the Schumann Resonance (Earth’s heartbeat) which remained at a steady 7.83 Hz since we began measuring it. More recently, the resonance has risen as high as 180 Hz. More proof of expanding and accelerating energies. The quality of our thoughts is imperative. Every thought contains energy that either creates a positive or negative reality (high or low frequency) not only for you but for the world around you. So, humanity is at a crossroads and Conscious Leadership is needed. Never before in human history has this type of leadership been more important. As the rate of change approaches light speed, our leaders face many challenges that must be addressed immediately and boldly to move our world forward in a healthy way. We must demand from our leaders a deeper understanding of the true nature of reality: Our new reality is accelerating expansion and this is driving the future story of humanity. We have the ability to feed, clothe, educate, house and provide healthcare for everyone. With our safety and survival needs met, its possible for us to enter a new era of peace, creativity, prosperity and sustainability. This will take bold, enlightened, authentic leaders.

Within your particular field of experience, your thoughts, feelings, and desires are the raw materials and building blocks you use to create your world. The power to create resides in all forms of consciousness, and consciousness exists in a state of supreme cooperation throughout all of existence. Consciousness is existence. And love is the primary source material, the vibration of pulsating cosmic energy that fuels every aspect of the field of existence. Fear is the opposite of Love and it is the biggest obstacle to love’s free flow in your life. Fear destroys the imagination and numbs the body. When we feel fear, we contract. Stress and fear plant the seeds of illness, which, if not removed, lead to the majority of ailments we face. Fear closes us down and makes us retreat. It locks doors and limits opportunities. Love is about opening to possibilities; seeing the world with new eyes – it widens our hearts and minds. Fear incarcerates, while love liberates.
In this lifetime you are here to actualise all of your abilities, and by choosing to produce the vibration of love, you become entrained with the immense cooperation and intelligence that permeates existence. Our intent is to inspire and remind you to allow the process of healing its due course. You must be willing to do the work of getting in touch with how you feel about the experiences you have stored inside. The work you do on yourself is tied to more than the healing of your bloodline. Your family and friends, and the world at large are all affected by your taking a stance of responsibility for healing your life. Even though relationships can be full of challenges, you must value yourself enough to draw someone who values you and what you have to offer in return. The quality of the love you receive mirrors the value you place on yourself. As the Conscious Leader of your own life, it all starts with you.

The decisions we make may remain the same on the surface, but it’s the quality of those decisions, the underlying energy and intention behind those decisions, that creates a new reality. It’s WHY we choose to do what we do that makes the difference between feeling helpless and feeling empowered. The option of choosing love over fear is present in every moment. Your aura is a scientifically measurable field of energy that originates from your heart centre. The more aligned you are with higher order archetypes such as beauty, joy, love and authenticity, the bigger – more attractive and compelling – your aura is. This is called being in a “state of coherence”.
The more you are in a state of coherence, a state of alignment between your mind, body and spirit, the more you are able to receive the flow of Life’s Intelligence through you. You are more connected and compassionate and the more on-point your intuition and instincts are – life works for you. All human beings can calibrate their energy field (aura) by increasing the quality of love that they have for themselves, for others and for the world. The more “in love” we are, the greater our state of coherence and the bigger our aura becomes.

It’s hard to remember the wonder of life some days. The mainstream ‘mockingbird’ news media brings us story after story of violence and pain. Our personal lives may experience upheaval and disruptions that feel destabilising and confusing. Here’s the thing: We are all inextricably connected to each other. In addition, we are in a state of constant movement towards coherence – not entropy, as old paradigm science teaches. We are building the stories of our lives from a field of information that supports us in coming into formation. Pure love is all there is, which means the field of information that emphasises our interwoven existence moves us towards unity.

We have the power to stretch this field of information with our very existence by virtue of taking control of our own personal narrative, and regulating our own vibrational response to the world. This is the very essence of Conscious Leadership. As a leader, your personal life and your personal narrative matters. The story you tell yourself has the power to make your individual life better. And, because the story of who you are is adding to the collective memory bank, it can push the edges of what else is possible on this planet.
When we respond to the world by defiantly holding a high vibration (focussing on beauty, peace, inclusiveness, Love, creativity, and abundance) we create a field of energy that combats the energy generated by people. Holding higher frequencies of energy will, ultimately, create something better on the planet. This is not woo-woo, it’s science. When you can hold your energy field in response to the world and the events of your own life, you are literally holding together a force field of energy that creates new openings. Higher frequencies of energy entrain lower frequencies of energy, so you literally have the power to lift the world up with you. Obviously, simply holding the energy is NOT enough. You also have to do the work of this 3D world. However, you won’t know which is the next “right” step if you are forcing the action without the right energetic alignment.

Human beings have limitless potential. We are capable of far more than we have been taught or conditioned to believe. The universe is constantly communicating with us by showing us synchronicities, signs, and symbols. The Field offers us a variety of subliminal messages which we can decode and channel to enhance our Earthly experience. When we receive this information, our senses are alerted and we notice these things showing up as either goose bumps, de-ja-vu, chills, shivers and also through visions and our dreams. Unfortunately, in the modern world many of us are taught that it is not possible to receive communication through the mind from unknown sources. We may be questioned as to where we get our information from, or we may be doubted or even wrongly told that the information we have received is not true. All of these things can cause us to lose faith in our intuition and psychic abilities.
Many people are afraid of either being psychic or being perceived as psychic due to some of the ancient myths and tales of witchcraft that surround this ability. In reality, we are all psychic. Fear has a profound impact on our ability to receive information because it blocks the flow and reduces the messages and sensations that are possible when our mind is open and trusting. We all have free will. It is our choice whether we tune into the incoming energy and flow with it as we unravel our destiny. We can choose to reject the opportunity to access the infinite amount of data that universal energy carries. This data held in energy is known as the global or collective conscious and it also explains how many people simultaneously feel specific elation, friction or a heavy sensation in the air when there is trauma or conflict taking place.

You are here to experience delight in what life has to offer; to contribute your unique ideas to the world and to bring forth personal excellence. Reality is based on an agreement, and in this time of crossing the bridge from one world to another, you are called upon to offer your visions to the world at large. Strive for noble values and live with honourable intentions. Power is always a test of of character, so empower yourself with questions. Be responsible and accept responsibility for your life. This is the greatest contribution you can make to your civilisation. Your response to any event or situation determines the outcome. You must allow yourself the inherent luxury of truly loving yourself by opening your heart and feeling gratitude for all that you have created.
The awakening of conscious awareness is unstoppable. You must value the life you are living. You are highly adaptable and well prepared on many levels of reality to deal with your chosen probabilities. You must gather the courage to believe in your inner strength. Pay attention and focus your attention, and your mind, body, and the subatomic levels of your being will start to gather new intelligence. When people pay more attention to nature and care for the Earth rather than obsessing over war and financial portfolios, you will know the transition to greater awareness has truly taken hold. Now as we reawaken, we have an incredible opportunity to live a life of new possibility, vitality and vision.
