Bringers of the Dawn – Conscious Leadership Out of the Darkness of Crisis

If you’re having problems sleeping, it’s because you are awake – and that’s terrifying! In a society that is supposed to be free, we have politicians, bureaucrats and corporations controlling, bullying, harassing, discriminating, ordering, coercing, and bribing a deeply traumatised and psychologically vulnerable population into a medical apartheid. We have endless lockdowns, quarantines, surveillance, social isolation, closed borders (unless you are a celebrity or sports star), and a proposed vaccine passport wrapped up in the tentacles of eugenics and social engineering. At no point in human civilisation have the people who forced others into compliance been the ethical ones.

With global political careers on the line and a literal fortune in taxpayer money redistributed to Big Pharma, corporate friends of the government, and social media giants during the pandemic –- an inconvenient truth could trigger revolution (or at the very least, some nasty compensation cases). Considering governments are essentially forcing the population to take part in an unprecedented medical trial, uncensored feedback is paramount. Covering up side-effects or hushing concerns is the antithesis of good scientific practice, yet this is exactly what is being demanded. It is here that we look to close out the final few months of the intolerable reality that is 2021. We have flattened the curve of independent thought and common sense to follow ‘the science’ of being controlled.

“We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile.”

— The Borg

Resistance is Never Futile

Remember ‘The Borg’ from Star Trek? They were a group of cybernetic humanoids, originating from a place called the Delta Quadrant. No single individual truly existed within the Borg Collective (with the possible exception of the Borg Queen) because all Borg were linked into a hive mind. Their ultimate goal was the attainment of ‘perfection’ through the forcible assimilation of diverse sentient species, technologies, and knowledge. Back in the 80s that was a good giggle. However, do not be lulled into a false sense of security that this cannot happen today.

The plan is for humans to be controlled remotely by Elites. For example, Medtronic can control and monitor your heart remotely using WiFi and same will be for IoB Internet of Bodies and 5G connecting to heart and brain (using Neural links). The power and ability to think, act and speak without hindrance or restraint must always be fought for and preserved – it is the very essence of being human. Do you think it is a coincidence that the ones who want you to take the mRNA shots now want to connect you to the (IoB) Internet of Bodies?

You don’t need religion to tell you: nature = good, giving up your personal sovereignty and allowing the technocratic ‘elite’ to turn you into a cyborg = bad. This is not some dystopian future dreamed up by a whack-job in a basement somewhere, it has been on the global agenda of the World Economic Forum for at least the past five years – out in the open on their website. Imagine bio-hackers and criminal elements launching the equivalent of cyber attacks or even take over of human bodies… and you thought COVID was bad! According to a recent RAND corporation report, the IoB “might trigger breakthroughs in medical knowledge […] Or it might enable a surveillance state of unprecedented intrusion and consequence.”

“You are not the victim of the world, but rather the master of your own destiny. It is your choices and decisions that determine your destiny.”
― Roy T. Bennett

Your Choice Point

Knowing that the Internet of Bodies can be used to control human behaviour, while gaining access to the most sensitive health, financial, and behavioural data of every person on the planet, the Davos elite “urges stakeholders from across sectors, industries, and geographies to work together to mitigate the risks in order to fully unleash the potential of the IoB,” in a July, 2020 report. Today, the WEF is fully behind the use of the IoB, and actively encourages digital health passports (CovidPass) and contract tracing apps (CommonPass). If you think that the idea behind contact tracing apps is just for tracking people infected by viruses, think again. The same technology was used by the CCP to develop an app that literally alerts citizens with a warning when they come within 500m of someone who is in debt, according to the WEF “Global Risks Report 2019.”

There is no doubt. We are living in a time marked by an unprecedented grab for power and control. There is a war – not against any disease or virus. There is a war for your consciousness. The question is: will you stand in your own personal power or will cave to the psychotic whims of the deeply disturbed and ridiculously wealthy few? The choice point we find ourselves at today is biblical by any standards. The old systems and structures of a post-industrial hyper-consumerist culture are breaking down. While the elite squabble amongst themselves over which button to push next, we humanity, have a secret power that will forever infuriate and foil the most evil of overlords: we are unpredictable.

“When we give our minds and our responsibility away, we give our lives away. If enough of us do it, we give the world away and that is precisely what we have been doing throughout known human history. This is why the few have always controlled the masses. The only difference today is that the few are now manipulating the entire planet because of the globalisation of business, banking, and communications. The foundation of that control has always been the same: keep the people in ignorance, fear, and at war with themselves. Divide, rule, and conquer while keeping the most important knowledge to yourself.”
― David Icke

Diamonds Under Pressure

When you experience trauma, you can either fold into a heap and give up or you can awaken. Just as diamonds are created under the most intense pressure, consciousness expands. In the darkest times, the brightest light shines. It is moments like right now that bring the greatest insight and understanding that our human mind can comprehend. All the greatest opportunities in life begin with uncertainty, and the shattering of old forms allows new ones to arise. As the crumbling structures of life as we knew it breakdown, we are witnessing pioneers all over the world birthing the conditions for a new way. These pioneers believe there is a better way – to live and do business. They are rebuilding systems and structures and instilling new business practices that contribute to life on Earth rather than destroy it.

Humanity is crying out for Conscious Leaders. No matter what colour your flag is or what side of the fence you sit, we can all agree that we want to be able to trust, believe in and be inspired by authentic leadership in life moving forward. We want conscious leaders who ensure their organisations have both an ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ regenerative approach. The ‘inner’ being culture – everything from meetings, feedback, conversations, decision-making, self-managing approaches, adult-adult relations, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing. The ‘outer’ being value propositions – everything from products, services, stakeholder-relations, product design, supply chain, etc. For an organisation to be on the regenerative journey it must attend to both the ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ dimensions so that all aspects seek life-affirming futures for people, planet and profit to thrive.

“Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you, when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.”
― Barbara Marciniak

Lighting the Way

Most executives have been taught to evaluate their “human resources” individually, assuming that the performance of the organisation is the sum of everyone’s individual contributions. The biggest mistake that you can make as a leader today, is to treat the organisation-as-a-machine. In this ‘Agile Age’ the nature of leadership is fast transforming. Even during these apocalyptic times, there is a powerful learning environment available to us – Nature. Nature is emergent, adaptive, resilient, co-creative, receptive and responsive, the very qualities we need as future-fit conscious leaders. Not only can we learn from Nature, we now know that being out in Nature helps us to become more agile, emergent and co-creative.

Conscious leaders create emotionally and mentally healthy organisations where business goals are met without sacrificing personal values. Organisations of the future need to continuously adapt if they are to survive and thrive in an increasingly volatile business environment. Ensuring successful adaptation against a backdrop of increasing uncertainty and complexity means leadership becomes less about directive structured approaches that seek predictable outcomes, and more about empowering others to make effective and timely decisions. The ‘new normal’ of dynamic non-equilibrium in business, requires a shift in conventional management thinking from over-reliance on top-down, hierarchical, risk-based approaches to managing within complexity. This style of leadership encourages bottom-up ideas and thinking to flourish. It establishes an all-pervasive values-led work ethic while guiding and coaching.

“I do not fix problems. I fix my thinking. Then problems fix themselves.”
― Louise Hay

3 Levels of Leadership Consciousness

Time is not on our side. If we wish to ensure anything resembling a successful outcome for our organisations, wider socio-economic systems and civilisation itself, we must get radical and deal with root causes while also attending to downstream effects. Such a shift challenges our leadership capabilities at deep and partly unconscious levels. It challenges powerful and complex influences within our own psyche and cultural consciousness. It challenges the status quo structures of governance, engrained patterns of power relations, and dominant ways of leading, managing and operating within our organisations. It challenges the very way in which we relate as human beings in our more-than-human world.

Level One: Systems Thinking

Re-aligning our left and right brain hemispheres relates to what leadership specialist, Otto Scharmer, refers to as Open Mind. We allow our capacity to focus on the parts to align with our capacity to comprehend the interrelated context of life. We allow the left and right brain hemispheres to work together like two hands on a piano – each doing different things yet making music together in a coherent fashion. This is the land of Systems Thinking, where we understand both the parts and the connections of our organisational systems.

Level Two: Systemic Awareness

Moving beyond systems-thinking into systemic-awareness means it’s no longer a head-based recognition of systems behaviours or a mapping of the system on paper, but also an embodied shift in our ways of knowing. It relates to what Otto Scharmer calls Open Heart, where we re-align the inner-outer and masculine-feminine dynamics that came out of kilter through yesterday’s mechanistic logic.  We sense into the living system dynamics at play within the organisation and throughout the stakeholder ecosystem. This calls upon an embodied conscious awareness of living-system dynamics.

Level Three: Eco-Systemic Awareness

This is where we realign the human-nature relationship, and with it unlock transformational regenerative energy for redesigning life-affirming futures. Yesterday’s logic is rooted in separateness, which projects a Neo-Darwinistic perspective onto life, and warps Darwin’s original observations through a mechanistic lens. This perspective views life as separate species struggling for survival in a dog-eat-dog world. The whole process of evolution is seen as nothing but selfish ascendancy, which means we end up with megalomaniacs like Darth Schwab. It’s a deeply divisive logic and woefully inadequate. Science shows us that life is actually much more complex than this simplistic portrayal. In opening ourselves up to nature and reigniting our sense of place and purpose in our interconnected world, we realign and reconnect to nature. This shift in awareness is an existential shift, related to what Otto Scharmer calls Open Will, where our small ego-will opens up and permeates with the deeper interconnectedness of reality.

“People from all walks of life share an innate drive for meaning, direction, and purpose. This drive to understand our life purpose seems as important to our psychological growth as eating is to our biological survival.”
― Dan Millman

Conscious Leaders Unleash Human Potential

Complex, adaptive, resilient businesses of the future recognise that change emerges unpredictably and that over-arching bureaucratic mechanisms no longer assist our emergent organisational evolution. The role of conscious leadership is to actively participate in enabling and facilitating local change, by encouraging effective communications with clarity of understanding of how to act and interact. Each and every one of us plays our part – we are each the leader – by helping others to cocreate exciting, positive outcomes that value living systems.

Leaders of the future unleash human potential by instilling trust through authenticity, clarity of purpose, and openness to continual learning. Leaders are the learners, the ones who seek ‘personal mastery’ while remaining interconnected to the collective whole. Conscious leaders understand who they really are, aspire towards greatness, and inspire greatness in others (not egoic greatness but soulful greatness!). Conscious leaders become teachers, taking time to assist and empower others to lead themselves. The quest for optimal leadership is about encouraging a creative tension – balancing personal mastery with openness and a deep sense of belonging amongst a diverse community of stakeholders.

“Everything you’ll ever need to know is within you; the secrets of the universe are imprinted on the cells of your body.”
― Dan Millman

Watering Talent so it Grows

Now, more than ever before, we need conscious leaders to inspire us and give us courage in these volatile times. It is up to us to unlock our creative potential, to evolve and use our talents to the best of our abilities. In this way, we help others help themselves. The more we open up to our environment, the more we tune in to the interconnected nature of business life, sensing and responding in the most optimal way. Each day challenges us to ‘walk-the-talk’, each day offers us opportunities to learn, grow and evolve. Leadership of the future is less about the theory of an idealised leadership model and more about the practical ability to navigate a journey of authenticity and inspiration; energising and equipping oneself and others to make the right choices for the situation at hand.

“You have been telling people that this is the Eleventh Hour, now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour. And there are things to be considered…

Where are you living?

What are you doing?

What are your relationships?

Are you in right relation?

Where is your water?

Know your garden. It is time to speak your truth. Create your community. Be good to each other.

And do not look outside yourself for your leader.

This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast.

It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly.

Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.

And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word ’struggle’ from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”
